After your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with your air waybill number to monitor the shipment. If you have an account, you can also log in, go to My Account, and select Order Status to track your order.
Order Processing Time
Orders placed between 08:00 – 14:00 WIB will be processed on the same day. Orders submitted outside these hours will be handled the following day.
Weekend Policy
Orders made during the weekend will be processed on Monday due to courier non-operational hours.
Same-Day Delivery
Orders placed before 12:00 WIB are eligible for same-day delivery via GOJEK, Grab, or Paxel. Since our location is in South Jakarta, delivery times may vary based on your area (typically up to 8–10 hours).
