Please note that we do not provide pick-up services for returns and exchanges. You may return the product this only option:
Courier Delivery
Use a trusted courier service with a tracking number to ensure safe delivery. We are not responsible for any packages lost in transit. Please be aware that all shipping fees, taxes, and customs charges will be your responsibility. If we incur any additional fees, they will be deducted from your store credit.
Please make sure the product is being packed according to this condition : Items should be returned new, unused, unwashed and with all garment tags still attached with the same packaging that Duma used to send the goods.
Returns and exchanges can only occur once.
Any form of sale items (items that were bought using discount voucher, final sale items, flash sale) are not exchangeable/returnable.
Video proof must be provided for complaints.
All shipping fees will be borne by customers, including the shipping fee to send exchanged items back to customers.
Valid receipts must be provided for a return or exchange to be accepted.
Returns that are damaged, soiled, perfumed or altered are not accepted and will be sent back to the customer (Shipping cost will be covered by customer).

Refund
Products must be mailed for return within 10 days from the day the order was delivered. (i.e. Your order has arrived 2nd April, you have until 12th April to ship back your returns). Products must be unworn and unwashed. Products must have ASTERIA Official tag attached. We only offer and accept refunds in the form of store credit at the selling price of the returned products. Refunds will not include shipping costs. Store credit only can be used in 1 transaction only within 6 months period since the store credit activated. For international customers, please contact our WhatsApp admin for more details on tax and custom refund. Refund in a form of STORE CREDIT are not applicable for any form of sale items (items that were bought using discount voucher, final sale items, flash sale)
Exchanges

When Will You Receive My Return?
Your return will take up to 10 working days to reach us and be processed. If it’s been longer, please contact Customer Care with proof of return, e.g. collection receipt, drop off slip.
